Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Just 12 caps — a training group’s worth — with tiers that fall steeply for race fields, brand programmes and wholesale. Club-sized orders get file discipline too.
How fast will my caps arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and orders ship in about 2 weeks, express available — and race and expo dates go in writing with the quote, or we decline them honestly.
What makes a cap a running cap?
Grams and sweat: featherweight unstructured builds in wicking technical fabric, vent panels placed where heads dump heat, and a sweatband that channels to the temples instead of the eyes. It washes after every run, dries by the cooldown, and folds into a short pocket.
Why won’t you print on cotton?
Because cotton absorbs sweat, gains weight through the run and dries slowly — the opposite of the job. We say so on the quote and build in technical fabric instead; a logo on the wrong material is money spent proving the cap wasn’t for running.
How does reflectivity actually work?
360 degrees or it’s decoration: front hit, temple ticks where crossing headlights sweep, and a back tab for traffic behind — in materials rated to keep their reflective return through constant washing. Deep colourways reflect as well as neon; beams don’t care about daylight loudness.
Do you make ponytail and open-back builds?
As engineered features, yes: ports sized for real hair with bound edges that don’t saw over ten miles, and open-back cutaways with stride-stable elastic — fit ranges stated honestly, because ‘one size’ through an open back is a rumour.
Can race caps carry the distance and year?
They should — the distance and year are what finishers are proud of, and they are exactly what these crowns carry. The only numbers that never appear are prices.
Do you make truckers, leather-patch or straw hats?
No — those are their own crafts with their own specialists, and a lifestyle cap pretending to be a running cap serves nobody. We build performance running headwear and point every other brief, honestly, at the right door.
